Winstonson - thumbs up Welcome to the Churchill College JCR Website. This site is designed as a place for the JCR to keep its members updated, and as a place for people to discuss issues concerning the JCR.

Links to the main areas of the website can be found down the right-hand side of this page, please have a look around.

Anyone may register an account on this site, and that enables you to post in the forums and customise the look of the website.

Student Fridges

College Owned Fridges

There are a limited number of quiet, low energy, leak proof fridges available to hire for £2 a week.

In order to apply for a fridge, students need to complete and return a fridge application form from the Porters’ Lodge and then return it to the Conference/Accommodation pigeon hole in the Porters’ Lodge.

Forms are available from Monday 3 October 2011 and fridges are allocated on a first come, first served basis, with priority given to students with medical or religious reasons (confirmed by the College nurse).

Graduation Guest Accommodation Information

Graduation 2011 - Guest Accommodation

The College has reserved a block of rooms for graduating student’s guests from Wednesday 29th June - Sunday 3rd July 2011. During this period we can offer the following types of rooms to guests:

Single standard room with shared bathroom - £37 per room, per night, including breakfast
Single en-suite room - £49 per room, per night, including breakfast
Twin en-suite room - £61.60 per room, per night, including breakfast

To book a room please contact the Accommodation Office at accommodation@chu.cam.ac.uk and a booking form will then be sent for you to complete. Please note that guest [...]
